The verification badge is not showing on the storefront

The badge is a theme app block, so it appears only where it has been added and only on the theme it was added to. Check, in order: that the block has been added to the template you are looking at; that you are viewing the published theme rather than a preview; and that you re-added it after any theme switch or duplication, since app blocks do not travel between themes.
