Yes. Miko B2B Wholesale Pricing launched on June 8, 2026 and is live at apps.shopify.com/miko-b2b-wholesale-hub. Works on any Shopify plan, no Plus required. There is a permanently free plan, and all paid plans include a 14-day free trial with annual billing saving 25%.

Is Miko AI live on the Shopify App Store?

Yes. Miko AI launched on June 8, 2026 and is live at apps.shopify.com/miko-ai. A free plan is available (up to 50 customers). Paid plans start at $19/month with a 14-day free trial.

What is Miko Loyalty & Rewards?

Miko Loyalty & Rewards is our most established app. It runs a points engine, VIP tiers, and referral programs natively on Shopify using Shopify Functions, so there are no storefront scripts and no impact on page speed. Plans start at $7/month. VIP tiers are available on the Pro plan at $29/month. You can install it at apps.shopify.com/trip-loyalty-and-rewards.

Does Miko B2B Wholesale Pricing require Shopify Plus?

No. Miko B2B works on Basic, Shopify, and Advanced plans. Native Shopify B2B is Plus-only, but Miko B2B uses Shopify Functions and Checkout Extensions to deliver the same features on any plan. NET 30/45/60/90 terms, customer-group pricing, storefront lock, and purchase order management are all included without a Plus subscription.

How does Miko AI use Claude (Anthropic)?

Miko AI uses Claude for two things: writing plain-English explanations of each customer segment and generating personalized email copy per segment. The actual customer scoring is RFM analysis built in Node.js, not Claude. Only anonymised segment context is sent to the Claude API. No raw customer records or personal data ever leave your Shopify environment.

Is Miko Product Rentals live on the Shopify App Store?

Yes. Miko Product Rentals is live at apps.shopify.com/miko-product-rentals. It adds a native booking calendar to any Shopify product via a Theme App Extension. A free plan is available with 10 lifetime rentals and no credit card required. It works on every Shopify plan, including Basic.

Do the Miko apps work together as an ecosystem?

Yes, they're designed to compound. Miko AI identifies at-risk wholesale accounts for B2B outreach and flags Champions for Loyalty tier upgrades. Miko B2B wholesale buyers earn Loyalty points on top of their negotiated pricing. Customers who rent via Product Rentals earn loyalty points too, turning one-time renters into repeat customers. All Miko apps share Shopify's customer tag infrastructure with no duplicate data overhead.
