Your storefront
- What your wholesale customers seeWhere wholesale pricing appears for a tagged buyer, from product page through to checkout.
- The wholesale registration formPublish a branded signup form so buyers apply from your storefront and approval creates the customer.
- Hiding products per customer groupShow or hide specific products, variants and collections for each wholesale group, so a group only sees the catalog you sell them.
- Locking your store to wholesale onlyRestrict the whole storefront to approved wholesale customers for a private B2B channel.
- Advanced: custom theme displayAdd wholesale-only content to your theme with Liquid, for merchants who want more than the defaults.

- Accepting purchase orders by PDF, Excel or CSVBuyers submit a PO from your storefront or upload their own file, and the app prices every line.

Troubleshooting
Start here when something is not behaving the way you expect. Each article below covers one symptom, with the checks in the order that resolves the most cases first.
- A wholesale customer was charged retailAlmost always one of five causes. The most common by far is that the buyer checked out signed out, so Shopify never told the discount who they were.
- Wholesale prices are not showing on product or collection pagesDisplayed prices and checkout prices come from two different mechanisms, so one can work while the other does not. Usually the theme app embed is switched off.
- Custom prices are not applyingCheck whether the price is actually below retail, whether the SKU matched on import, and whether your plan includes custom pricing.
- A volume tier is not applyingUsually the cart has not reached the tier minimum, or a better price already applies and the buyer is keeping it.
- A campaign price is not showingCheck the window is open in the campaign's own time zone, the campaign is active, and, for a share-link campaign, that you opened the link itself.
- The purchase order or registration block is not appearingBoth storefront blocks are deliberately conditional. The purchase order block needs a signed-in, tagged customer on Pro; the registration block needs the form turned on.
