Getting started
Generating content
- Generating a descriptionThe three steps to generate content for a single product, and what you can steer about length, tone and language.
- Bulk generationWrite descriptions for hundreds of products in one run instead of one at a time.
- Setting your brand voice and toneThe two ways to teach the app how your store writes, so generated copy reads like you instead of reading generic.
Reviewing and publishing
SEO tools
- The SEO gap finderFind the products missing descriptions, alt text or metadata that cost you traffic.
- Multi-image alt textGenerate accessible alt text for every image on a product, not just the featured one, describing what each image actually shows.
- Collection descriptionsWrite collection copy, the pages that often rank better than products.
Troubleshooting
Start here when something is not behaving the way you expect. Each article below covers one symptom, with the checks in the order that resolves the most cases first.
- A bulk job finished but some products were skippedUsually the monthly allowance running out mid-job: it stops cleanly and counts the rest as skipped rather than failing.
- Regenerating the same product does not use up my allowanceDeliberate. Content is cached against a fingerprint of the product, so asking again for unchanged input costs nothing.
- The description was generated but the product still shows the old textGenerating and applying are separate steps, so text can exist without ever having been written back to the product.
- The listen button is not appearing on the storefrontTwo gates: the feature needs the Growth or Pro plan, and the theme app block renders only where it was added.
- Brand voice or bulk generation is not availableBoth are plan-gated rather than broken, and are unavailable on the entry plan.
- Still stuckWhat to send us so we can read the per-product outcome of that job: generated, cached, skipped or failed.
