If the underlying order is refunded or canceled, the certificate is revoked automatically. The verification page immediately shows the certificate as Revoked, so a refunded item can never be passed off as still certified.
Where to find it
There is nothing to switch on. Revoked certificates show their status in Apps → Authentica → Certificates, and on each certificate's own page.
How to set it up
Automatic revocation needs no setup. To revoke or reactivate a certificate by hand:
Open the certificate
In Certificates, search by serial, product, order or buyer and open the certificate.Revoke or reactivate
Use Revoke certificate to make it publicly verify as invalid, or Reactivate certificate to restore it.
Options

| Revoked by you | That certificate is revoked until you reactivate it. |
| Deleted | The record is removed for good and its verification link stops working. Use revoke for a real sale that came back, and delete only for a certificate that should never have existed. |
A revoked certificate cannot be transferred to a new owner.
