Revoke on refund
Invalidate a certificate when an order is refunded, so a returned item cannot be resold as certified.
If the underlying order is refunded or cancelled, the certificate is revoked automatically. The verification page immediately shows the certificate as Revoked, so a refunded item can never be passed off as still certified.
