Live Odoo Connector

Our Shopify–Odoo synchronisation bridge is a custom, white-glove implementation. Unlike public apps, it is configured for your store and your Odoo database, covering orders into Odoo and stock, tracking, cancellations and refunds back the other way.

Pricing & billing questions

Trials, plan changes, billing and cancelling, for every Miko app.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Every paid Miko plan includes a free trial when you install from the Shopify App Store: 14 days on most apps, 7 days on Miko Restock Pro. Miko Bulk Image Resizer has no subscription, only usage after your first 100 free images. No credit card is required to start. You choose your plan when you install, nothing is charged until the trial ends, and billing then runs through Shopify's billing API, so charges appear on your Shopify invoice.

Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?

Yes. You can change plans at any time from within the Miko app, which opens Shopify's own plan page for that app. Shopify applies the change and works out any proration for the current billing cycle on your Shopify invoice, so there is nothing to calculate yourself.

How is billing handled?

Every Miko app on the Shopify App Store uses Shopify's native billing API. Charges are in USD and appear directly on your Shopify invoice alongside your other app subscriptions. Monthly plans bill every 30 days from the date of subscription, and apps that offer yearly billing renew once a year. The Live Odoo Connector is a custom implementation, quoted and invoiced by Tripster Developers rather than through Shopify.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel by uninstalling the app or by moving to the app's Free plan from within the app. There are no cancellation fees, and monthly plans have no minimum contract period.
