Yes. You can change plans at any time from within the Miko app. When upgrading, you're billed the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing cycle. When downgrading, the new lower rate applies on your next billing date.
All Miko apps use Shopify's native billing API. Charges appear directly on your Shopify invoice alongside your other app subscriptions. Billing cycles are 30 days from the date of subscription.
Yes. You can cancel by uninstalling the app or by cancelling the subscription from within the app. There are no cancellation fees or minimum contract periods.
