Troubleshooting
Start here when something is not behaving the way you expect. Each article below covers one symptom, with the checks in the order that resolves the most cases first.
- A customer's RFM score looks wrongScores are relative to your own store, not absolute, so a high spender can still sit outside your top fifth.
- Every customer has the same score, or no scores appearScoring ranks customers against each other, so it needs a synced customer base with enough variation to be meaningful.
- Only some of my customers were analysedEach plan covers a set number of customers, and a store past that allowance is analysed up to the limit.
- Segments or tags are not showing up in ShopifyResults are written back onto the customer record, so check Shopify rather than the app and re-run the sync if it is stale.
- An automated email did not sendAutomations evaluate correctly but skip the send when no email provider is configured, which reads as the trigger not firing.
- Predictions, benchmarks or journeys are unavailablePlan gates rather than errors: predictive alerts, benchmarking and lifecycle journeys each require a plan that includes them.
- Still stuckWhat to send us so we can read the recency, frequency and spend behind a score and explain the number.
