Is Miko Loyalty compatible with Shopify Plus?

Yes. Miko is specifically optimized for Shopify Plus merchants. The Checkout UI Extension, which shows points earned and lets customers redeem rewards directly inside checkout, is a Plus-exclusive capability. All plans work on standard Shopify; Pro unlocks Plus-specific features.

How does Miko Loyalty affect my store's performance?

It doesn't, that's the point. Miko uses Shopify Functions for all reward calculations (runs on Shopify's servers, not in the browser) and a lightweight App Embed for the storefront widget. We add zero JavaScript bundles to your storefront, maintaining your 100/100 PageSpeed score.

Yes. On Growth and Pro plans, you can connect Klaviyo via Shopify Flow. Set up automated email flows for tier upgrades, point expiry warnings, referral completions, and milestone rewards, all triggered natively through Shopify Flow.
