Klaviyo and webhooks

Fire your own emails and automations when a certificate is issued or transferred.

Send certificate events, issued, first verified, ownership transferred and problem reported, to Klaviyo and to your own outbound webhook URL, so you can trigger flows, notifications or downstream automations whenever a certificate's state changes.

Where to find it

Apps → Authentica → Settings → Integrations & notifications. Shopify Flow triggers appear in the Flow app under Authentica.

How to set it up

  1. Klaviyo

Paste your Klaviyo private API key. Events attach to the buyer's email, ready for Klaviyo flows and emails.
  2. Webhook

Enter an Outbound webhook URL starting with https://. Each event is sent to it as JSON, for Zapier, Make or your own backend.
  3. Save

Events start on the next certificate that is issued, verified, transferred or reported.

Full details and revocations (v2)

Set Webhook format to Full details, including revoked and reactivated events (v2) to receive the complete certificate in every event, plus revoked and reactivated events, signed so your server can trust them. The Standard format is unchanged. See Webhooks and signatures, and the developer API for showing certificates on your own site.
