Troubleshooting

Churn scores are missing, or every subscriber looks the same

Scores need history and refresh on the hourly pass. An empty at-risk list is a real answer, not a fault.

Scores are worked out from behavior on your store and refresh on the hourly pass, so a new store or a new subscriber has little to score yet.

Check these in order

  1. There is not enough history yet.

Scores are computed from behavior on your store. A subscription with one delivery has almost nothing to score.
  2. The refresh has not run.

Scores update on the hourly maintenance pass, not on page load.
  3. Nobody is actually at risk.

When no subscriber is in the high or medium band the list says so. An empty at-risk list is a result, not a fault.

How to fix it

Wait for the next hourly pass and reload Retention AI. The dashboard lists high-risk subscribers only, so check Retention AI → Spot who might leave for the medium band too.

If it still is not working

Send us the details from Still stuck and we will read your store's own logs.
