Retention
The AI retention tools
Churn-save, offer optimization, cancel insights, smart dunning and add-on recommendations, and the three rules they all follow.
The paid plans add AI on top of the deterministic retention tools. Everything below is an addition to something that already works without it, never a replacement for it.
| Tool | What it does | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| AI Churn-Save | Suggests the save offer most likely to keep a specific at-risk subscriber: pause, discount, skip, swap or gift. | Growth and up |
| AI Offer Optimization | Recommends the discount and frequency that maximize lifetime value per product. | Growth and up |
| AI Cancel-Reason Insights | Refines cancel-reason clusters and suggests what to fix. | Growth and up |
| AI Smart Dunning | Tunes retry timing and recovery wording per subscriber, and adds a pre-failure alert. | Pro |
| AI Next Add-On | Recommends the best product to add to an existing subscription. | Pro |
| AI Box Recommender | Suggests what to put in a build-a-box subscription. | Pro |
Three rules that apply to every AI feature
- Nothing is applied without you. An AI suggestion is created as a draft save offer for you to read and switch on. The app never writes to a live subscription on the model's say-so.
- A fallback is labeled, never billed. When the model is unavailable the app returns a plain deterministic result, marks it as a suggestion rather than an AI action, and does not charge for it.
- Plan gates are enforced on the server. Asking for an AI suggestion on a plan that does not include it is refused by the server, not merely greyed out in the interface.
