The Growth and Pro plans add AI on top of the rule-based retention tools. The AI is an addition to something that already works without it, never a replacement for it.

Under Retention AI → Save offers (shown in the cancel flow), as the Suggest one with AI button.
How to set it up
Ask for a suggestion
Click Suggest one with AI. The app looks at your highest-risk active subscriber and drafts the save offer most likely to keep them: pause, discount, skip, swap or gift.Read the draft
The draft appears in your save offers list, switched off.Turn it on
Click Turn on if you want subscribers to see it in the cancel flow.

Three rules that apply to every AI feature
- Nothing is applied without you. An AI suggestion is created as a draft save offer for you to read and switch on. The app never writes to a live subscription on the model's say-so.
- A fallback is labeled. When the model is unavailable the app returns a plain rule-based result and names it "Suggested" rather than "AI". Plans are a flat monthly price, so there is never a per-use charge either way.
- Plan gates are enforced on the server. Asking for an AI suggestion on a plan that does not include it is refused by the server, not merely greyed out in the interface.
