Choosing delivery frequencies
The seven frequency presets, how many to put in front of a shopper, and how a subscriber changes theirs later.
A frequency is how often a subscriber is charged and shipped. Each offer carries one or more, and the shopper picks from them on the product page.
| Preset | Interval |
|---|---|
| Weekly | Every 1 week |
| Biweekly | Every 2 weeks |
| Monthly | Every 1 month |
| Bimonthly | Every 2 months |
| Quarterly | Every 3 months |
| Every 6 months | Every 6 months |
| Yearly | Every 1 year |
How many to offer
Two or three frequencies is usually right. Offer the cadence the product is actually consumed at, plus one on either side. A seven-option menu asks the shopper to do arithmetic at the exact moment you want them to click add to cart.
Changing frequency later
A subscriber can move between the frequencies on their offer from the customer portal, as long as you have left Let subscribers change frequency switched on in Settings. Changing frequency keeps the subscription and its discount; it only changes the schedule.
