The widget is a theme app block that renders on your product page. It shows the one-time price and the subscription price side by side, with a frequency menu, and writes the chosen plan into your theme's add-to-cart form.
Where to find it
In your Shopify admin under Online Store → Themes → Customize, as the Subscribe & Save app block on a product template.

Save the theme. It works in quick views and cart drawers as well as on the full product page.

Example
How the price is displayed
The headline quotes the price of the first delivery, and the subscribe option quotes the ongoing rate. When an offer has an intro discount, those two numbers are different on purpose, and the cart and checkout repeat both. Percentages are rounded to the nearest cent so the price shown on the product page matches what Shopify charges, rather than landing a cent under it.
