Settings reference

Every switch in the app, what it changes, and why plan gates are re-checked where a feature is used.

Everything under Settings, and what it changes.

Default subscribe & save offer

Discount type, discount value and whether prepaid is offered. These prefill the Offers form; every one can still be changed per offer.

Customer portal

Heading, accent, background, text and card colors, and a logo URL. Leave the logo blank to inherit your theme's logo. Then one switch each for skip, pause, swap, change frequency, and showing save offers before a cancellation.

Failed-payment recovery

Whether to retry at all, how many retries (up to four), and whether to also recover by SMS. SMS needs Starter or above.

Agentic subscriptions

Whether shoppers can manage subscriptions through AI assistants, and whether agent changes apply without a buyer confirmation. Auto-apply needs Growth or above; with it off, every agent change is confirmed by the buyer.

Other

An opt-in weekly summary email, and hiding "Powered by Miko" on the portal, which needs Growth or above.

Plan-gated settings are enforced where they are used, not only where they are set. If a store downgrades, a switch that its new plan does not include stops taking effect immediately, even though the stored value is still on. Downgrading can never leave a paid capability quietly running.
