Troubleshooting

Wholesale prices are not showing on product or collection pages

Displayed prices and checkout prices come from two different mechanisms, so one can work while the other does not. Usually the theme app embed is switched off.

Checkout pricing and storefront display are two different mechanisms, so it is normal for one to work while the other does not. The usual cause is that the theme app embed is switched off.

Check these in order

  1. The app embed is off on your active theme.

This is the usual cause. The embed is what rewrites displayed prices; without it, prices only change at checkout. Switching or duplicating a theme does not carry the embed across, so re-check after any theme change.

  2. You are looking at a different theme than the one you edited.

Confirm you are previewing the published theme.

  3. The customer is not logged in in the window you are testing in.

Use a private window and log in as your test customer.

How to fix it

Go to Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds and confirm Miko B2B Wholesale is toggled on, then click Save. Reload the storefront as your logged-in test customer. If the embed is on and prices still show retail, check Settings → Storefront Display in the app.

If it still is not working

Send us the order number and the customer's tag through Still stuck, and we will read the checkout function's own run log for that order.
