Control which products specific wholesale groups can see in your store. This is useful when you have exclusive products that should only be visible to certain buyers.

Open Product Visibility in the Miko B2B app.
How to set it up
Setting up visibility
In the Miko app, go to Product Visibility
Select the Customer Group to configure
Choose your visibility mode (hide or show)
Hide selected or Show only selected.
Use the product picker to select which products apply
You can also add collections and variants to always hide.
Save, changes take effect immediately
Click Save visibility rules.
Options
Two visibility modes
| Mode | What it does | When to use it |
|---|---|---|
| Hide specific products | Products you list are hidden from this group. Everything else stays visible. | When most products are available but a few should be restricted. |
| Show only specific products | Only the products you list are visible. Everything else is hidden. | When this group should only see a curated subset of your catalog. |
- Collections to always hide are hidden for the group, and their links disappear from navigation. A collection with no visible products is hidden automatically.
- Variants to always hide remove sizes, colors or pack sizes from the product page selector, and they cannot be added to the cart. If every variant of a product is hidden, the whole product is hidden.
