Setting custom prices one product at a time is fine for a handful of SKUs. For a real catalog, work in a spreadsheet instead.
Where to find it
In Customer Groups, click Prices on the group. The Export CSV and Import CSV buttons are at the top of the custom prices window. Each group has its own prices, so export and import one group at a time.
How to set it up
Exporting current prices
Open the customer group.
Click Prices on the group in Customer Groups.
Click Export CSV.
You get a CSV of every variant with its current wholesale price for that group.
Importing updated prices
Edit the price column in your spreadsheet and save as CSV.
Fill in
customPrice. Leave it blank for a variant that should use the group's percentage.Open the group and click Import CSV.
Upload the file.
Check the preview and confirm.
Miko matches rows on SKU and reports how many were matched and how many were skipped, with the reason for each. Choose Merge to update only the matched SKUs (recommended) or Replace to clear the group's existing custom prices first.
