Importing prices in bulk with CSV

Set custom prices for a real catalog in a spreadsheet instead of one product at a time.

Available on Growth and Pro plans, since it applies to fixed custom pricing.

Setting custom prices one product at a time is fine for a handful of SKUs. For a real catalog, work in a spreadsheet instead.

Exporting current prices

  1. Open the customer group.
  2. Click Export prices.
  3. You get a CSV of every variant with its current wholesale price for that group.

Importing updated prices

  1. Edit the price column in your spreadsheet and save as CSV.
  2. Open the group and click Import prices.
  3. Miko matches rows on SKU or variant ID and reports how many were updated and how many were skipped.
A price only applies when it is below retail. If you import a wholesale price equal to or higher than the retail price, that row is ignored and the group's percentage discount applies instead. This is deliberate, so a spreadsheet mistake can never charge a wholesale buyer more than a retail shopper.
