The purchase order or registration block is not appearing

Both storefront blocks are deliberately conditional. In the theme editor the block states which condition is unmet. Check, in order: is the visitor signed in, is their customer record tagged into a wholesale group, is the shop on a plan that includes the feature, and is the Miko app embed enabled on the theme you are previewing.
