Getting started

Your first run

What to do with the answers the app writes on install: approve, edit, answer what it could not, then publish.

There is nothing to set up before this. When you install, the app reads your store and writes your first answers automatically, in categories like shipping, returns, payment, orders, products and your store in general.

Review what needs you

Open Answers and start with the Needs you bucket. These are questions your store data could not answer — the app never guesses here, it leaves the answer blank and waits for you. Write the answer yourself, or decide it does not apply to your store.

Approve the rest

For every other draft: approve what looks right as it is, or edit it in your own words first. An answer you edit is marked as yours, and the app will never silently overwrite your wording later.

Publish

Click Approve and publish. Your answers go live on your help centre page and, if Knowledge Base sync is on, in Shopify's Knowledge Base for AI shopping agents.

Go live

Add the help centre to your store menu from Go live, so shoppers can actually find it, and add the help button or product page block to your theme.

Next step

See how the app keeps these answers true after your store changes: Keeping answers up to date.
