Export every answer and translation to a spreadsheet, edit it in bulk, and import it back, or bring answers in from another FAQ app for the first time.
Exporting
Export produces one CSV with a row per answer and a further row per translation, including the key, topic, status, language, question, answer, origin, the sources it was written from, any products it is scoped to, and when it was last updated.
Importing
Import is two steps: a preview, where every row is classified and nothing is written yet, then an apply step once you confirm it looks right.

| Has a key matching an existing answer | Updates that answer in your primary language. |
| Has a key but a different language | Becomes that answer's translation in the row's language. |
| Has no key | Becomes a new answer. |
Every row written by an import is recorded in the answer's revision history, the same as any other change.
