Every change to an answer or a translation — who or what made it, and the full text at that point — is kept, so any earlier version can be inspected and restored. This matters whenever more than one person edits your help centre, or when you want to be sure an AI update did not quietly change what shoppers are told.
What is recorded
| Field | What it captures |
|---|---|
| Who made the change | You, the app itself, a store-data change, or a CSV import. |
| What kind of change | Created, edited, published, unpublished, archived, restored, an AI update, a revert, a translation, or a flagged conflict. |
| The full text | The exact question and answer at that point, in whichever language changed. |
Undo last change
The quickest route back is Undo last change on an answer: it restores the previous text in one click, whatever produced the change.
The full history
For anything further back, open an answer's history to see every recorded change in order, and restore any one of them.
Next step
Bulk-edit your answers outside the app: CSV import and export.
