The Help button is a theme app block that targets the whole page body, so you add it once from the theme editor and it appears everywhere your theme renders that template, rather than needing to be dropped onto each page individually.
What a shopper sees
A small floating button, labelled with the text you set, that opens a panel listing your published answers with a search field. Typing in the search field filters the list as the shopper types. Each answer expands in place to show its text.
