The Free plan is for up to 100 loyalty members, with points on every purchase, fixed and percentage discounts, the floating widget and welcome bonus points, and a “Powered by Miko” credit on the widget. Annual billing saves 10%: $75.60, $151.20 or $313.20 a year. View full pricing →
Free trial
Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. The Free plan has no trial because it costs nothing. A store gets one free trial: if you cancel and subscribe again later, you get whatever was left of the original trial, not a new one.
Changing plans
Open Billing & Plans
In the Miko app, open Billing & Plans.
Choose a plan
Pick monthly or annual billing and choose Start Free Trial or Switch to a plan.
Approve the charge
Approve the subscription on Shopify’s confirmation screen. The new plan applies straight away.
To stop paying, choose Cancel Plan on the same page. The store moves to the Free plan and the program keeps running within the Free limits.
Billing questions
- Who bills me? Shopify. The charge appears on your regular Shopify bill.
- What happens to features when I downgrade? Features your new plan does not include switch off in the widget, for example birthday and referral sections below Growth. Members and balances stay.
- What if I go over my member limit on Free? Existing members keep earning, but new customers are not added until you upgrade.
