These are plan-gated features rather than errors. Predictive alerts, benchmarking and lifecycle journeys each require a plan that includes them, and on plans that do not, the page explains the gate rather than showing empty results. Number of segments is gated the same way: the entry plan allows a limited number, while higher plans are unlimited.

Check you have synced
On a plan that includes the feature, an empty page usually means no sync has run yet. Go to Settings and click Sync all customers now.
Check the AI setting
The Claude-written weekly summary also needs Claude AI explanations turned on in Settings → AI features.

Contact support with your store domain and the page that is not showing.
