Suppliers and buying trends

Adding your suppliers is what makes the Buy Sheet and purchase orders truly automatic. Each supplier has a lead time, terms, and the costs you have recorded for the products they provide.

What suppliers unlock

• Lead times feed the forecast , a supplier's lead time is built into the reorder date and recommended quantity, so you order early enough to avoid a stockout.
• One order, split per supplier , when a Buy Sheet selection spans several suppliers, Miko creates one purchase order per supplier automatically.
• Lowest cost wins , when two suppliers carry the same product, Miko picks the one with the lower recorded cost when it builds the order.

Assign products to suppliers from the Suppliers page or inline on the Buy Sheet. Received purchase orders and Rescue Import also link products to suppliers as they go.
