Reorder Autopilot drafts your purchase orders for you. On the day and time you choose, it takes everything the Buy Sheet says needs restocking, groups it by supplier, and leaves a draft purchase order waiting for your one-click approval. It emails you a summary with the drafts attached as a spreadsheet.

How to set it up
Turn it on
Tick Draft my reorders automatically.Choose the day and time
Times are in your store's timezone. Press Save settings to apply a new day or time.Review the drafts
When it runs, open Purchase Orders, then review, edit or approve each Autopilot draft.
Options
| Behaviour | Detail |
|---|---|
| What gets drafted | Products that are out of stock or running low with a recommended quantity above zero. |
| Grouping | One draft per supplier. Products with no supplier go on one unassigned draft. |
| Old drafts | Autopilot drafts you have not acted on are replaced by the fresh set on each run. Anything you have already marked as ordered stays. |
| How often | Once a week at your chosen time. Draft my POs now runs it straight away. |
