Alerts and the weekly digest

Miko keeps you informed without you having to open the app, and every email carries the full detail as an attached spreadsheet so a large catalogue is never cut off.

• Low-stock alerts , an email when products are out or about to run out, with a short preview and the full list attached as an Excel file. The same product is never alerted twice in the same week.
• Weekly stock-health digest , a summary of what is out, low, and overstocked, plus the top of your Buy Sheet, with the full report attached.

Choose when you hear from Miko

In Settings → Alerts you pick the day and time the weekly digest arrives, in your store's own timezone, and the email address alerts go to. Reorder Autopilot has its own day and time. Turn any of it on or off whenever you like.
