Switching from another inventory tool, or from Stocky? Rescue Import brings your history across so you do not start from zero. Upload your CSV exports and Miko rebuilds your purchase order history and the supplier records that most tools cannot export.
Where to find it
In the app, open Rescue Import from the app menu (Apps → Miko Restock: Inventory & PO → Rescue Import).
How to set it up
Upload your files
Go to Rescue Import and upload one or more CSV files (for example, a purchase-order export).Let Miko rebuild your history
Miko parses the files, recreates your historical purchase orders, and rebuilds suppliers from the data, flagging any that need a quick review.Check the numbering
Imported purchase orders are numbered distinctly so they never clash with the new ones you create.
Options
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| Columns read automatically | PO number, supplier, date, SKU, product, quantity and cost, from most tools' exports. |
| Download sample CSV | A template to fill in if you are not exporting from a tool, or your columns look different. |
PO numbers starting R- | Imported purchase orders. They are hidden from the Purchase Orders list until you tick Include Stocky history. |
