The booking dashboard
Every rental booking in one view, filtered by status, so you can see what is going out, what is due back and what is overdue.
The Miko Product Rentals dashboard gives you a complete view of every rental booking in one place, with filtering by status so you can focus on what needs attention right now.
Booking statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | Booking has been paid for but the rental period has not yet started. The customer's dates are reserved. |
| Active | The rental period is currently in progress. The item is out with the customer. |
| Overdue | The rental end date has passed and the item has not been marked as returned. Requires follow-up. |
| Returned | The item has been marked as returned via the dashboard. Deposit has been released or forfeited. |
Booking record details
For each booking, the dashboard shows: customer name, customer email, product name, variant, rental start date, rental end date, total amount paid, deposit amount, current status, and available actions.
Available actions per booking
- Mark Returned , move the booking to Returned status
- Release Deposit , refund the deposit to the customer
- Forfeit Deposit , retain the deposit (no refund)
- Add Late Fee , log a late fee amount against the booking
- View Details , open the full booking record with history log
CSV export
Download all bookings as a CSV file from the dashboard. The export includes all fields shown in the table plus booking timestamps. This is useful for reconciliation, accounting, or sharing rental records with your team.
