A bulk job finished but some products were skipped

The usual cause is the monthly generation allowance. When it runs out mid-job, the job does not fail or hang: it stops generating for the remaining products, counts them as skipped, and completes cleanly so it is not left looping. The job's own summary separates products that were skipped for allowance from products that genuinely errored, so check that split before assuming something broke. The allowance resets with your billing period, and re-running the job then picks up what was skipped.
