How to set it up
Scan
Click Scan my catalog. Scanning is free on every plan.Read the gaps
Miko lists how many products are missing a description, an SEO meta description, image alt text, or tags.Fix a gap
Click Fix all N next to any gap. Miko generates only that field, for only the products missing it.
Options
| Gap | What counts as missing |
|---|---|
| Missing a description | The product description is empty. |
| Missing an SEO meta description | The product has no search engine meta description. |
| Image missing alt text | The product’s featured image has no alt text. |
| No tags | The product has no tags. |
A scan covers up to 2,500 products.
Example
A scan of 128 products shows 47 missing an SEO meta description (Fix all 47), 89 with an image missing alt text (Fix all 89), and 0 missing a description.
