The Listen button is what makes Miko special. It adds a “Listen to product summary” button to your product pages. When a shopper taps it, Miko generates (or reuses a cached) short, conversational summary of the product, built from its description, details, sizing and shipping information, and plays it using the shopper’s own browser text-to-speech.
Where to find it
In the app, open Settings and find Storefront narration. The button itself is a theme app block called Miko Listen Button, placed on your product template in the Shopify theme editor.

Turning it on
Enable the Listen button
In the app, open Settings and make sure Enable the Listen button on product pages is on.Open your theme editor
Click Add Listen button to my theme. This opens your theme editor on a product page.Add the block
Click Add block, choose Miko Listen Button under Apps, and place it where you like.Style it and save
In the block settings, match it to your brand: label text, filled or outline style, button and text colors, corner radius, and alignment. Then click Save. That’s it, it’s live.
The block only works on product pages. If narration is switched off in Settings, or the plan does not include it, the button hides itself so shoppers never see a button that cannot play.

The summary is spoken in the shopper’s browser voice. The button picks a voice that matches your storefront’s language when the browser has one, and available voices differ between browsers and devices. The summary text itself is generated in English.
Example
On a product page (yourstore.com › Product page), shoppers see a Listen to product summary button with a small “Powered by Miko” line under it. A spoken summary plays instantly in the shopper’s browser, with no audio files stored.
