Both are plan-gated rather than broken. Brand voice and bulk generation are unavailable on the entry plan, where generation is one product at a time and in the default voice. If the controls appear but have no effect, check the plan before investigating the settings themselves.

Brand voice and bulk generation need the Starter, Growth or Pro plan. On Free, the Brand Voice page says brand-voice matching is available on Starter, Growth and Pro, and the Bulk generation card says bulk generation is too.What brand voice applies to.
Brand voice shapes product descriptions. Titles, meta descriptions, alt text and tags follow SEO norms and your chosen tone.Whether examples are saved.
On a paid plan, the Generate page shows a line such as “Using your 2 saved brand-voice examples.” If that line is missing, open Brand Voice, paste your examples and click Save.
How to fix it
Upgrade to Starter or above from Plans in the app menu. Brand voice examples you saved on Free take effect as soon as you upgrade, so there is nothing to re-enter.
