There is no monthly fee. You pay for the images you actually change, and you set the ceiling.

There is one plan, and it is usage based.

Free trial
Your first 100 resized images are free. They are a one-time allowance for your store: uninstalling and reinstalling does not give you another 100. When they are used, set a monthly spending limit on the Billing screen to keep resizing.
Changing plans
Your monthly spending limit
On the Billing screen you set the most you are willing to spend in a month, anywhere from $5 to $1,000 USD. Miko counts what it has charged against that number. When the limit is reached, the run pauses, the remaining images stay queued, and you are told. Raise the limit, then press Resume now on the paused run on the Resize Products or Resize Collections screen, and it picks up where it stopped. Leave it, and nothing else is charged that month.
To stop paying altogether, press Cancel plan on the Billing screen. You will not be charged again, every image you have already resized stays exactly as it is, and your originals can still be restored from History for 30 days.
Billing questions
Billing is in US dollars whatever your store currency is, because Shopify's app billing does not accept every store currency.
