The options
What each one is, where it is stronger than the rest, and what to check before you buy. Every name links to its own listing or site.
Listed by Odoo IN Pvt Ltd, with a clear list on the listing of what it does not do. It runs on scheduled actions every 10 minutes and says plainly that webhooks are not supported. Where it wins: a low price, a live preview database to explore before you buy, and several stores and companies per database. Check: it needs Odoo 19 or 20, products only flow from WooCommerce to Odoo, each variation becomes a standalone product, and delivery status changes in Odoo are not reflected in WooCommerce.
The longest-running connector here, published for every Odoo version from 8.0 to 20.0. Where it wins: the broadest feature list (coupons and prices both ways, refunds in and out, webhooks for orders, products, customers and refunds), unlimited support for the latest three versions, and a 15-day free trial. Check: the highest one-time price in this comparison, and each Odoo version is sold separately.
Built on VentorTech's shared connector core, with orders arriving by webhook within seconds. Where it wins: stock pushed on every stock move, per-store pricelists, refunds as credit notes, and a choice of one-time purchase or a subscription on its own site that includes new Odoo versions. Check: an Odoo Apps purchase includes 90 days of support, and a new Odoo version is a new purchase unless you subscribe.
Part of Webkul's Multi-Channel Sale framework, which the displayed price includes. Where it wins: a mid-range price, builds back to Odoo 9.0, and broad import and export of products, categories and stock. Check: the listing says real-time order status and stock sync are available via a patch from support, so ask for it before you buy, and support is 90 days.
A low-priced module that imports by webhook. Where it wins: price, and instant imports once the webhooks exist. Check: you create each webhook by hand in WooCommerce, it needs the external Python package woocommerce, its 19.0 build was first released on 20 April 2026, and no support period is stated.
Four mid-priced connectors, US$145 to US$245. Where they win: TechSpawn syncs coupons and taxes both ways back to Odoo 9.0; Zehntech sets up webhooks in one click; Setu covers returns, refunds and coupons with 90 days of support; SDLC states WooCommerce 5.x and WordPress 5.6+, uses signed webhooks and includes a 10-hour setup. Check: Zehntech and SDLC start at Odoo 17, Setu at 15, and only Setu, SDLC and TechSpawn state a support period. Unlike its free Magento module, SDLC's WooCommerce connector is paid.
One module for Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento 2 and Amazon. Where it wins: the lowest paid price here if you sell on several platforms. Check: for WooCommerce it lists products, customers and orders in and stock out from one warehouse, nothing more, and no support period is stated.
A genuinely free LGPL-3 module with no usage cap. Where it wins: no licence fee, readable source. Check: Odoo 19 only, and it only imports into Odoo; webhooks and any product or stock push to WooCommerce are in a separate paid Premium module.
A cloud service that syncs the two systems from outside, through a module and a free WordPress plugin. Where it wins: the only option here marked available on Odoo Online, with real-time orders both ways. Check: your store and Odoo data pass through a third-party service, the free plan stops at 10 orders, products and customers a month, and paid plan prices are not on WordPress.org.
The Odoo Community Association's connector, AGPL-3, originally by Tech-Receptives. Where it wins: free, open and readable. Check: only the 8.0 branch marks the module installable; the 9.0 and 10.0 branches carry it switched off, and the 11.0 to 20.0 branches hold none. Its WordPress-side plugin was last updated in 2015.
General automation platforms, often suggested for a "free" integration. Where they win: small one-way jobs, such as turning a new WooCommerce customer into an Odoo lead, and they reach Odoo Online. Check: Zapier's Odoo app is Odoo CRM, and Make offers Odoo leads, inventory, batch tracking and a raw API call. Neither creates a sales order, so you would design and maintain the whole sync.
Written around how WooCommerce models a shop, on the WooCommerce REST API, for Odoo 16 to 19. Where it wins: every order is checked against what WooCommerce charged, an unmapped tax stops and asks, variations are matched on their exact option set, every write-back starts switched off, and shipped status goes back with the tracking number on the meta key your shipping plugin reads. Where others win: no webhooks, no refunds, credit notes or coupons, and no builds before Odoo 16.
Is ours right for you?
We would rather you buy the right connector than ours. Here is the honest version, from the same facts as the table.
How to choose
Order volume, the number of stores and who will look after the connector matter more than the length of a feature list.
Odoo's own module is enough for orders in and stock out. Check how it treats your variable products, and whether customers need a shipped status from the store.
A scheduled module keeps things understandable: ours, Webkul or Setu on price and care, Emipro if you want refunds and coupons handled too.
Webhooks and per-store pricing start to matter. Compare Emipro, VentorTech and SDLC, and ask each to demonstrate your busiest scenario.
ezway's free module gives you the source and no licence fee on Odoo 19 for imports. Budget their time for anything that has to go back to the store.
No module that runs inside Odoo will install. Either move to Odoo.sh or your own server, use a cloud service like TechMarbles and accept a third party in the middle, or keep Zapier or Make to small jobs.
Buy a scoped integration rather than bending a module: B2B price lists, bundles, subscriptions, multi-company routing and custom checkout fields are where standard connectors run out.
Free vs paid
A free connector is a real option, not a trap. It moves the cost from a licence to your own time.
The paid modules here range from about US$25 to US$615 once. What you are really choosing is who fixes it when orders stop arriving.
From the sources in the table, checked 1 November 2026
Before you buy
These apply to every option here, ours included, and each takes under an hour.
Install it on a duplicate of your Odoo database and import a week of real WooCommerce orders. Compare totals, taxes, discounts and shipping line by line against WooCommerce.
WooCommerce's REST API needs permalinks set to anything other than Plain, HTTPS, and a consumer key with Read/Write permission. A caching or security plugin that answers instead of the API is the most common reason a connection test fails.
Remove a tax mapping, order a variable product, refund a paid order. A good connector stops and tells you what to fix; a poor one produces a plausible wrong invoice.
FAQ
Short answers, from the same sources as the table.
On the Odoo Apps Store, paid WooCommerce connectors for Odoo 19 run from about US$25 (VOX, which covers four platforms) to US$614.50 (Emipro), one-time per Odoo version. Most established ones sit between US$145 and US$560: SDLC US$144.82, Setu US$155.58, TechSpawn US$191.15, Odoo's own US$198.52, Zehntech US$244.95, Webkul US$249.00, ours US$387.17 (USD 399) and VentorTech US$558.53. The larger cost is usually setup: mapping taxes, warehouses and statuses, and testing on a copy of your database.
A few, each with a real catch. ezway's WooCommerce Odoo Sync is free and LGPL-3, but only for Odoo 19 and only imports into Odoo; pushing anything back is in its paid Premium module. The OCA's connector-woocommerce is free under AGPL-3, but it only installs on Odoo 8.0. TechMarbles' cloud service has a free plan capped at 10 orders, 10 products and 10 customers a month.
Yes, for Odoo 19 and 20. A module simply called WooCommerce is listed by Odoo IN Pvt Ltd at US$198.52. It runs on scheduled actions every 10 minutes with no webhooks, brings products from WooCommerce into Odoo only, imports each variation as a standalone product, and does not send delivery status or tracking back to WooCommerce. There is no Odoo-made WooCommerce module for Odoo 16, 17 or 18.
Of everything checked, only TechMarbles, whose listing marks Odoo Online as available, because the sync runs through its own cloud service and a free WordPress plugin rather than a module running inside Odoo. That means your store and Odoo data pass through a third party. Every other Odoo module here, ours included, needs Odoo.sh or your own server. Zapier and Make also reach Odoo Online over its API, but neither can create a sales order.
The Odoo Community Association keeps connector-woocommerce on GitHub under AGPL-3. Its module code sits on the 8.0, 9.0 and 10.0 branches, and only the 8.0 branch marks it installable; the 11.0 to 20.0 branches hold no module. On a current Odoo it is a migration project, not an install.
Only if minutes matter. If you sell scarce stock on several channels, a webhook connector (Emipro, VentorTech, SDLC, Zehntech or Cybrosys) narrows the window in which one unit can sell twice. If Odoo is where you pick and invoice, a scheduled sync every 10 to 60 minutes, as in Odoo's own module and ours, is simpler to reason about and to repair.
It depends on the connector, and it is the gap people notice first. Odoo's own module says delivery status changes in Odoo are not reflected in WooCommerce. Ours moves the order to your shipped status and writes the tracking number to the meta key your shipping plugin reads. Emipro, VentorTech, Setu and SDLC also send shipped status back.
Modules bought on the Odoo Apps Store are one-time purchases for one Odoo version; a new major version means buying that version's build. VentorTech also sells a subscription on its own site that includes new Odoo versions. TechMarbles, Zapier and Make are monthly plans.
Not for orders. Zapier's Odoo app is Odoo CRM, with actions such as creating a lead or finding a contact. Make's Odoo modules cover leads, inventory, batch tracking and a raw API call. Neither has an action that creates an Odoo sales order, so an order and stock sync means building and maintaining it yourself.
It depends on your Odoo version and what you need sent back. On Odoo 19 with a simple flow and no need for shipped status in WooCommerce, try Odoo's own module first. If you need webhooks, refunds or coupons, Emipro or VentorTech cover more than we do. Choose ours if you run Odoo 16 to 19 and want orders checked against what WooCommerce charged, shipped status and tracking sent back, and anything doubtful stopped rather than guessed.
