Troubleshooting
The Arrival Confirm panel is not showing
The panel is deliberately conditional: it needs to be enabled, added to the theme, and viewed from an AI-referred visit.
The panel is conditional by design, so a shopper never sees it unless the conditions are met. Check each in order.
1. Is it switched on?
Open Settings and confirm the Arrival Confirm panel is enabled. It is off by default.
2. Is the app block added to your theme?
Add the Arrival Confirm app block in your theme editor on the product template.
3. Are you viewing it as an AI-referred visit?
The panel renders only for shoppers who arrived from an AI assistant. To test, open the product with ?utm_source=chatgpt.com on the URL. A normal visit will not show the panel.
4. Plan and channel rules
Arrival Confirm is a paid feature. On higher plans, per-channel rules can limit the panel to specific assistants. Check you are testing with an included channel.
